Idea: Printer to rule them all

I have been trying to find a way to keep my productivity up. I have tried a lot of thing like notebooks and agendas. I believe the main thing about any productivity system is that you follow through with it consistently. To accomplish this , the system should be easy to work with and be natural. I got the idea for this when I saw the coffee shop's receipt printer and how fast it prints standardized receipts quick. When I googled it, I found videos of people doing the same thing where they connected it to an AI agent or just make it a simple "Text to print" site that works locally. While both of these are nice I had two issues with these approaches.

I needed this to work automatically with minimal involvement and most importantly work fully Locally. This means not using any cloud AI APIs and keeping all the data locally.

When I was working on the ESP32 remote I realized there are so many other things you can do with the the device and the pins on it. Then the thought came, can I use the same system I used for my remote to print things? I am not sure about the exact way I am going to implement it but the basic idea is as follows.

I am not exactly sure the back-end for this system but I have ordered an off the shelf receipt printer off of Amazon. I am excited to tinker with this project.
